NYPD: Ghost

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Authorities allege that a 31-year-old man literally was forced to give up the ghost when police recovered a powerful form of Ecstasy in connection with an NYPD car stop in Mariners Harbor.

The episode began when officers pulled over a black, 2016 BMW with excessive tint on July 19 at about 3:20 p.m. at Brabrant Street and Harbor Road, according to the criminal complaint and police.

Kevon Lee, 31, of Imperial Court in Clifton, allegedly was driving the car even though his license was suspended or revoked, according to the criminal complaint and police.
